Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing times

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. This doesn’t apply to preorders or backorders purchases which have more detailed timelines indicated on each product page.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Please note the following updates:

The Keepsake Case: As of February 4th, 2024, this item is available for preorder, with the next wave of shipments set to ship at the end of April 2024. If you placed your order before February 4, your Keepsake Case will be shipped at the end of March.

The Time Capsule Journal: As of February 15th, 2024 this item is in backorder, eagerly awaiting to be restocked by mid-April 2024.

Placing your order now secures your spot in the queue, ensuring that your future heirloom reaches you at the earliest opportunity once restocked.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates domestic

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Shipping method: Standard USA
    Shipment cost: Free
    Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days

Overnight delivery is only available for Orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

  • Canada
    The Time Capsule Journal Shipment cost: $15
    The Keepsake Case Shipment cost: $40
    Estimated delivery time: 7-15 business days

  • Everywhere else
    The Time Capsule Journal Shipment cost: $35
    The Keepsake Case Shipment cost: $60-80
    Estimated delivery time: 9-25 business days

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once our order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

ChelseyBrown.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)

Damages

ChelseyBrown.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
